We store the content you create within Project Feed, including posts, comments, media files, and annotations. This content is necessary to provide our services.
Usage Information
We collect information about how you use Project Feed, including pages visited, features used, and interactions with content. This helps us improve the product.
Device Information
We collect basic device information such as browser type, operating system, and IP address for security and troubleshooting purposes.

Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption. We use Convex for our database and Cloudflare R2 for media storage, both of which maintain strong security practices and are SOC 2 Type II certified.

- Service providers who help us operate Project Feed (see list below)
- Law enforcement when required by law or to protect our rights
- Other users within your organization, as part of normal product functionality

- Cloudflare R2 — Media and file storage
- Vercel — Application hosting and delivery
- Cloudflare Email — Transactional email delivery (authentication, notifications)
- Lemon Squeezy — Payment processing and subscription management
- PostHog — Product analytics (only after opt-in)
- Vercel Web Analytics, Speed Insights — performance and usage analytics (only after opt-in)
- Upstash — Rate limiting and abuse prevention
- Google, Microsoft — OAuth authentication providers
- Infisical — Secrets and environment variable management
Your Rights
You have the right to:

- Delete your account and associated data

Cookies
We use essential cookies for authentication and security. We also use optional analytics storage to understand how people use Project Feed and improve product performance. Analytics stays off until you opt in, and you can change your choice at any time in Cookie Settings.
Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal purposes.
Children's Privacy
Project Feed is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
