Inbox

The inbox is the full-page view for notifications. Use it when the bell popout is too small for triage or when you need to work through unread activity across a workspace.

Overview

Inbox items are generated by mentions, comments, reactions, assigned work, review feedback, project changes, team activity, and other workspace events. Each item keeps enough context to decide whether it needs action and links back to the source record.

Triage Workflow

    Start with unread

    Use the unread view to clear new activity before checking broader history.

    Open the source

    Click a notification to jump to the post, task, comment, project, or workspace event that created it.

    Mark read deliberately

    Mark individual items read as you handle them, or clear the queue with mark all read after a review pass.

  4. 4.

    Tune noisy categories

    Use notification preferences when team activity, reactions, or digest timing needs to be quieter.

Filters And Read State

Use All, Unread, Read, and category filters to focus the queue. Read state is shared with the bell popout and notification APIs, so marking an item read in one place updates it everywhere.
