Bookmarks
Save posts you want to revisit later. Bookmarks are private to you and scoped to the current workspace, so they never clutter other workspaces or leak to teammates.
Bookmarking Posts
Click the bookmark icon on any post to save it. Click again to remove it. The action is instant and idempotent — toggling multiple times will never create duplicate bookmarks.
Bookmarks Page
All your saved posts are collected on the dedicated /bookmarks page within your workspace. Posts appear in the order they were bookmarked, with the most recent saves at the top. If you have many bookmarks, the page paginates automatically.
Privacy & Scope
Per-User
Bookmarks are completely private. Other members cannot see what you've bookmarked, and your bookmarks never appear in anyone else's feed.
Per-Workspace
Bookmarks are scoped to the current workspace. Switching workspaces shows a different set of bookmarks, keeping each workspace's content separate.
Additional Details
Bookmark Count
Each post displays how many times it has been bookmarked across all users. This gives authors a quick sense of which updates resonated with the team.
Available to All Roles
Every workspace member can bookmark posts, including viewers with read-only access. No special permissions are required.
Clear All Bookmarks
Need a fresh start? Use the “Clear All” option on the bookmarks page to remove every saved post in the current workspace at once. This only affects your own bookmarks and does not change the bookmark counts visible to other users.
Tips
- Bookmark posts you need to follow up on — treat your bookmarks page as a personal to-do list for updates that need your attention.
- Use bookmarks during reviews to collect all relevant posts before writing feedback.
- Since bookmarks are per-workspace, you can freely save posts in one workspace without cluttering another.
